We are looking for a Shift Leader!

Our Shift Leaders are like the cream cheese on the bagel. The bagel is delicious on its own, but the cream cheese adds a LOT of flavor and helps hold it all together!

What's a day in the life of a Shift Leader?

Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They set the morale and tone of the team, provide feedback, and coach team members as needed. They open and close the store with little supervision, ensuring quality food and beverages, and maintaining a safe, clean environment. This role offers opportunities for career growth, with many General Managers starting as Shift Leaders or Team Members. If you enjoy making mornings special for people, we'd love to hear from you.

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to work varied hours, including early mornings and weekends
• Pass background check as per local, state, and federal laws
• Ability to obtain ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training completion
• Possession of a valid driver's license is preferred but only required at specific locations, and meeting driving qualifications as per company policy
