Job summary

Mister Car Wash is offering an Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) program in Canada. This 16-week training path is designed to develop hands-on operational skills and foundational leadership abilities under the guidance of an experienced General Manager.

You’ll learn to balance speed, quality, and teamwork while promoting memberships and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The program leads to future leadership opportunities within Mister Car Wash.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is beneficial.
• Demonstrated leadership or potential for leadership roles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Your training will help you build the confidence, judgment, and business acumen needed to step into the Operations Lead role—with a clear path towards Assistant General Manager.
