Job summary

Soul Foods Group is seeking energetic Shift Coordinators for Burger King Canada restaurants in Abbotsford. The role supports the Store Manager, leads team members, and delivers fast, friendly service in a high-volume setting.

You will coach and motivate staff, implement shift plans, ensure quality and brand standards, and handle product preparation and guest service. Full-time and part-time hourly positions with paid training, uniforms, meals, and room for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Motivate and direct Team Members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, fast, and friendly service.
• Provide coaching and feedback to increase team capabilities and restaurant performance.
• Lead by example in implementing shift plans and driving operational results.
• Direct efficient preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within speed guidelines.
• Motivate Team Members during shifts across workstations.
• Review restaurant results to identify successes and areas for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to operational and brand standards.

Responsibilities Include:

Reporting to the Store Manager, a Shift Coordinator is responsible for performing a variety of duties within a fast food establishment which include;
