Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in building or property maintenance.
• Valid Class G driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must provide a satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Check.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs.
• Handle minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting work.
• Maintain property grounds, including lawn care and snow removal.
