Job summary

Lelièvre, Lelièvre et Lemoignan ltée is seeking a worker for a fish processing role. Tasks include transporting fish to the work area, preparing filets for wrapping or freezing, weighing and packing on ice, cleaning equipment and work areas, sorting fish by species and weight, and packaging purchases for customers.

The job notes that education requirements are minimal with no degree required; on-the-job training is offered, and shifts include evenings and nights with 30 to 40 hours per week,

• Bag, box or parcel purchases for customers, for shipment or delivery
• Cut, clean and trim fish or seafood prior to marketing or further processing
• Check products and packaging for defects and to ensure conformance to company standards and perform corrective machine adjustments as required
