Job summary

Shell Canada is seeking graduates for a 3-year programme to develop future leaders. The role is based in Scotford (Fort Saskatchewan, AB), Sarnia, ON or Calgary, AB with start dates in February or August 2027.

Qualifications

  • Final year of a bachelor's or master's degree or graduated within the last 3 years.
  • Programs: Engineering (Chemical, Chemical-Process Control, Mechanical); Commerce/Business, CS, Mathematical Finance, Data Science, Statistics, Quantitative Finance.
  • Minimum CGPA 3.20; eligible to work in Canada; pass medical/drug test for safety-sensitive roles.

What's the role?

Join us as a Graduate with Shell Canada where you will embark on a comprehensive 3-year programme designed to develop future leaders.

The role will be based at Scotford (Fort Saskatchewan, AB), Sarnia, ON or Calgary, AB. Start dates for the Graduate Programme are February or August 2027.

The Shell Graduate Programme equips you with the essential tools to enhance your leadership skills and achieve your full potential through a combination of on-the-job training, formal education, social learning, and personalized coaching.

Eligibility
  • Be in your final year of a Bachelor's or Master's degree, or have graduated within the last 3 years from one of the following programs:
  • Technical Graduate Programme: Engineering: Chemical, Chemical-Process Control, Mechanical
  • Commercial Graduate Programme: Commerce/Business, Computer Science, Mathematical Finance, Data Science, Statistics, Quantitative Finance
  • Have a minimum CGPA of 3.20
  • Be legally entitled to work in Canada (citizen, permanent resident, or valid work permit)
  • Successfully complete a medical and/or drug test (safety-sensitive roles only)
