No matter which part of our business you join, you'll work with experienced teams, sharing your unique perspectives and innovative ideas to address energy-related challenges. We seek graduates who share our purpose and passion for progress.

Our inclusive and collaborative culture will support your growth as you work on meaningful projects with significant responsibilities from the outset.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

You should enjoy challenges and see them as opportunities for innovation rather than obstacles. You must be quick to absorb information, analyze problems, make objective decisions, and generate original ideas. The drive, resilience, flexibility, and credibility to influence others are essential qualities.

We currently have an opening for a Machinery EIT, based in Sarnia, ON, starting August 2025.

To qualify for the Shell Graduate Program, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Be completing your final term or have graduated with less than three years of relevant work experience.
  • Have a minimum Cumulative GPA (CGPA) of 3.20.
  • Be legally eligible to work in Canada (Canadian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or valid work permit).
  • If assigned to a safety-sensitive role, successfully pass Medical and/or Alcohol & Drug tests.
  • Have graduated before your first day at Shell.

By joining Shell, you'll gain hands-on experience working on projects that address energy challenges and deliver innovative solutions to society.

Grow your skills: learn today, lead tomorrow. You'll be assigned to roles with exciting challenges and opportunities, supported in crafting a development journey tailored to your strengths and needs, working on cutting-edge projects.

Shell's 'learner mindset' fosters an environment of openness, curiosity, and growth, enabling you to learn from experiences and build skills for today and future leadership.

Collaborate with experienced colleagues worldwide, making meaningful connections and learning from diverse backgrounds, cultures, ideas, and knowledge.

Achieve balance within a values-led culture that emphasizes honesty, integrity, and respect, encouraging you to be your best self and honoring individual journeys.

Power your progress with outstanding career opportunities, continually seeking new ideas and experiences, and working on some of the most innovative and commercially driven projects globally.

Join the Shell Graduate Programme and power your progress.
