Job summary

Courtney Roofing Inc. is seeking an experienced sheet metal worker for on-site installations across various locations in Ontario. You will read blueprints, cut and join metal, install copper or metal roofs, and ensure compliance with building codes. This role requires at heights, outdoor work, and a valid driver’s license.

We value reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork. Must have WHMIS and Fall Arrest training, with a secondary school diploma or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
• WHMIS certificate and Fall Arrest Training Course are required.

Responsibilities

• Measure and mark sheet metal according to template.
• Cut materials using power tools or by hand.
• Estimate costs and materials.
• Fit and join sheet metal parts.
• Install sheet metal products according to specifications and building codes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications.
