Overview

Empire Roofing Corporation is looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Roof Installer to join our team in Windsor. We are a busy construction/roofing company serving the industrial and commercial sectors. For over 40 years, Empire Roofing Corporation has continued to grow its workforce and is seeking individuals for full-time, year-round employment. Responsibilities

• Install Sheet Metal applications, including metal copings, metal roofing, and flashings, complete with s-locks and standing seams.
• Install metal cladding.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in metal applications (ACM, IMP, Cap Flashing, Cladding, Metal Roofing)
• Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in a commercial/industrial roofing setting
• Experience and knowledge in installing Insulated Metal Panels, Aluminum Composite Panels, metal roofing, and metal cladding
• Experience reading and interpreting architectural drawings (blueprints), shop drawings, and specifications
• Excellent attention to detail
• Site measuring
• Valid G driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Valid Working at Heights Certification
• Must be flexible with working hours and able to travel out of town as needed
