Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing, process or production engineering with sheet-metal exposure.
• Hands-on experience with fabrication and assembly processes; strong problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Own manufacturing process improvements from assessment to verification.
• Develop routings, setup requirements, and standard work for fabrication.
• Conduct readiness reviews with design, production and quality teams.
• Lead tooling and fixture design in SolidWorks and validate via shop trials.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive corrective actions with teams.
