As the Sheet Metal Foreman, you will manage commercial mechanical construction projects, including material management, personnel, schedules, and communication with the project management team, customers, and building officials.

Compensation depends on knowledge, skills, and experience.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Knowledge of project schedules, milestones, submittals, contract documents, and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with other trades to complete HVAC/piping installations within scope and schedule.
• Manage project crews for HVAC and Duct Systems installation.
• Oversee commercial construction projects of various sizes.
• Ensure safety of personnel and equipment.
• Follow company tool policies and mentor less experienced employees.
• Complete electronic documentation such as reports, plans, and incident reports.
• Work from ladders, lifts, and other equipment at heights.
• Perform other duties or projects as assigned.

Education, Training, Licenses, and Certifications

• 2 years of experience as a sheet metal foreman in commercial projects (preferred).
• 2 years of team leadership experience (preferred).
• OSHA 30-hour certification (preferred).
• Ability to operate ladders and lifts.

• Leadership ability, including teaching and coaching.

• Pass background, drug, MVR (if applicable), and physical ability tests.
• Willingness to travel for projects.
