Schedule : Full-time, Monday–Friday

The Opportunity : Sheet Metal Shop Worker

We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Sheet Metal Shop Worker to join our Edmonton fabrication team. You’ll be helping shape, cut, and assemble high-quality HVAC and mechanical components that power real-world projects across Alberta and beyond.

What You’ll Be Doing :

Fabricate, cut, bend, and assemble sheet metal components to exact specs.

Operate fabrication equipment (brake presses, shears, etc.) safely and effectively.

Interpret blueprints and shop drawings accurately.

Keep the workspace clean, organized, and hazard-free.

Assist with loading / unloading materials and prepping jobs as needed.

What You Bring :

Experience in a sheet metal or fabrication shop is a plus—but we’re happy to train the right person.

Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools confidently.

Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working on your feet.

Dependable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented.

Willing to learn and take pride in quality craftsmanship.
