Qualifications

  • Must have Ontario Journeyman credentials or be an indentured apprentice.
  • Experience with ductwork and appliance installations is required.

Job Summary

Our Sudbury team is currently looking for a Sheet Metal apprentice to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist Journeyman on Sheetmetal project and installation work.
  2. Capable to read and interpret blueprints, engineered drawings, etc.
  3. Ability to safely lift 50lbs.
  4. Shop/office cleaning, equipment and furniture moving as required.
  5. Assists with site cleanup and maintaining a safe work environment.
  6. Material and equipment pickup/delivery as required.
Qualifications
  1. Ontario Journeyman credentials or Ontario indentured apprentice only.
  2. Must have experience with the installation of Ductwork, venting, appliance installations etc.
  3. Furnace installation experience an asset.
  4. Able to work with Sheet Metal with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision.
  5. Heavy lifting may be required.
  6. Must be able to perform work with a high degree of safety.
  7. Positive attitude and the ability to communicate with customers professionally.
  8. Valid driver’s license.
  9. Be able to pass security clearance.
