Job summary

DBG Limited in Mississauga is seeking a Setup Operator (Die Change) to support a fast-paced metal stamping environment. You will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, and maintaining production presses to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output.

The role offers a $22.00–$25.00 hourly pay range depending on experience, with a day shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Experience with forklifts or cranes is an asset and safety/quality procedures must be followed at all times.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of press operation experience.
• 2+ years of die change/setup experience.
• Forklift/crane experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down press dies safely and efficiently.
• Operate stamping equipment and maintain production standards.
• Perform start-up checks on machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Troubleshoot basic press issues and elevate when needed.
