A non-profit organization is seeking a full-time Settlement Worker in Schools Case Worker to help newcomer students and families in Regina, starting August 15, 2025. The successful candidate will provide culturally-sensitive services, assess needs, and facilitate programs for integration into schools and the community. Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in human services and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

The Regina Open Door Society Inc. is seeking qualified individuals to staff the full-time term position of Settlement Worker in Schools Case Worker. The position will start August 15,2025 until March 31,2027.
The Settlement Worker in Schools (SWIS) program is a shared partnership between the Regina Open Door Society (RODS), the Regina Public School Board (RPSB) Regina Catholic Schools, Conseil des Ecoles Fransaskoises and Immigration Refugee and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). It is an outreach program to help newcomer students and their families settle in their school and community.

Duties include but not limited to the following :
Hours of work are Monday to Friday from 8 : 15 AM to 3 : 45 PM with 45 minutes lunch break. All positions at RODS require a clean criminal record / child abuse registry check. There is a cost shared benefits package available to the employee with successful completion of a six-month probationary period. The annual salary for this position is $43,651.24($24.87 per hour).
