The College of Agriculture and Bioresources and the Gwenna Moss Centre for Teaching and Learning invite applications for a Sessional Lecturer to teach the following fully online/web-based courses during the upcoming session:

  • Fall 2025 Regular Session

Courses:

  1. AGRC 110.3 (W01 et al.) Scientific Literacy and Communication for the Agricultural Sciences
    Term and Dates: September 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025
    CRN: 90550 et al.
    Delivery Mode: Fully online, asynchronous; includes unscheduled days and times.
    Expected Enrollment: 70 students
    Qualifications: Master’s degree or equivalent in Agriculture or related field and/or relevant teaching/professional experience. This is a concurrent appointment.
  2. AGRC 111.3 (W01 et al.) Introduction to Plant and Soil Sciences
    Term and Dates: September 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025
    CRN: 85939 et al.
    Delivery Mode: Fully online, asynchronous; includes unscheduled days and times.
    Expected Enrollment: 70 students
    Qualifications: Same as above.
  3. AGRC 112.3 (W01 et al.) Animal Agriculture and Food Science
    Term and Dates: September 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025
    CRN: 83433 et al.
    Delivery Mode: Fully online, asynchronous; includes unscheduled days and times.
    Expected Enrollment: 70 students
    Qualifications: Same as above.

A valid driver’s license is required for off-campus courses. Appointment periods include additional days for preparation and marking. Courses may be canceled due to low enrollment.
