The Haskayne School of Business is accepting applications for a Sessional Instructor to teach Fall 2025 LEAD 401 LEC 01 (Foundations of Ethical Leadership) on Mondays and Wednesdays from 14:00-15:15. Classes in the Fall 2025 semester run from September 2 to December 5, 2025. Registrar Scheduled Exams will take place between December 9 to December 19, 2025, if applicable.

The calendar description of the course:

"Evidence-based approach to leadership with an emphasis on self-awareness and personal development. Students will learn the behaviours that predict leader emergence and leadership effectiveness."

Qualifications

  • A PhD in a relevant field is required.
  • At least one recent, top-ranked publication (see Haskayne's Eye High Star publication list) in the field of organizational behaviour is required.
  • Previous experience teaching at a post-secondary institution is required.
