Thompson Rivers University is seeking a Sessional Faculty member to teach Organizational Behaviour at their Williams Lake campus. The ideal candidate will possess a PhD or MBA with relevant experience and demonstrate strong teaching potential. TRU’s Williams Lake campus is located approximately three hours northwest of Kamloops, in the scenic Cariboo region, on T’exelcemc territory within the unceded lands of the Secwepemc Nation. The campus offers a close-knit community with access to outdoor activities such as fishing, hiking, and snowmobiling, amidst beautiful wilderness.
The Department of Human Enterprise & Innovation in the Gaglardi School of Business and Economics invites applications to teach ORGB 2810, Organizational Behaviour, during Fall 2025. All classes will be held at the Williams Lake campus.

Classes: September 3 to December 5, 2025
Exam Period: December 8 to December 20, 2025
The ideal candidate should have:
• A PhD in Organizational Behaviour or a related field, or an MBA/master’s degree with relevant experience.
• Significant experience in Organizational Behaviour demonstrated through related work.
• Evidence of strong teaching potential.
Preferred qualifications include:
• Positive student evaluations indicating teaching effectiveness.
• Familiarity with Moodle Learning Management System.
Pay Band: $2,575.50 per credit (Sessional Faculty - Academic)
