As Services Lead, Stores - Full Time, you will support all departments on the sales floor within a specific Sephora location. Departments include Colour, Skincare, Sephora Collection, Fragrance, or a combination of these. Your responsibility is to ensure all team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service to meet and exceed company objectives. Your duties include:

  1. Sales Experience: Ensure all Beauty Advisors properly execute Sephora’s selling approach. Monitor sales performance and opportunities, aligning team members with goals.
  2. Visual Merchandising: Support the Operations team by maintaining merchandising standards and visuals on the sales floor. Keep the store presentation at the highest level and execute updates as needed.
  3. Passionate about Clients: Act as the Manager on Duty regularly. Engage with staff and clients on-stage whenever possible.
  4. Entrepreneurial Spirit: Understand the store’s sales performance and business opportunities. Manage on-stage zoning to support client needs and adjust staffing to meet expectations.
  5. Talent Champion: Participate in interviews as needed for the team.
