As Services Lead, Stores - Full Time, you will support all departments on the sales floor within a specific Sephora location. Departments include Colour, Skincare, Sephora Collection, or Fragrance, or a combination of these. You will ensure that all team members execute Sephora's selling model and provide outstanding client service to meet and exceed company objectives. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Sales Experience: Ensure all Beauty Advisors properly execute Sephora's selling. Be aware of the store's sales performance and opportunities, aligning team members with goals.
  2. Visual Merchandising: Support the Operations team by ensuring merchandising concepts and visuals on the sales floor meet company standards. Maintain an attractive sales floor and execute updates as needed.
  3. Passionate about Clients: Act as the Manager on Duty regularly. Engage with staff and clients on-stage whenever possible.
  4. Entrepreneurial Spirit: Understand the store's sales performance and business opportunities. Manage on-stage zoning to support client needs and adjust staffing accordingly.
  5. Talent Champion: Participate in interviewing processes for the team as needed.
