Title: ServiceNow Solutions Architect - ITAM 1

The Solution Architect – ITAM plays a key role within the Service Management Tools team, responsible for designing applications and translating client business requirements into technical specifications. The architect collaborates with project managers, technical architects, and support teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Participate in process flow analysis and redesign.
  2. Provide architecture and technical guidance for design and implementation.
  3. Conduct custom or out-of-the-box demonstrations as required.
  4. Offer subject matter expertise and industry best practices.
  5. Create detailed functional design documents aligned with customer requirements.
  6. Collaborate with other technical architects to develop technical specifications for custom development and system integration.
  7. Contribute to effort estimation processes.
  8. Maintain current knowledge of ServiceNow through self-study and training.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Self-motivated with proven expertise in ServiceNow technologies.
  2. Organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field preferred.
  4. Experience with ServiceNow HAM Pro/SAM Pro, and integrations (SCCM, Tanium, WorkspaceOne, Adobe, etc.).
  5. Hands-on configuration, implementation, and development experience in ServiceNow HAM Pro/SAM Pro.
  6. Proficiency with client-side and server-side development in ServiceNow.
  7. Knowledge of web-based and enterprise system architecture.
  8. Strong communication and presentation skills.
  9. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  10. Experience with project methodologies.
  11. 5-7 years in professional services or customer support operations.
  12. 3-6 years of ServiceNow systems integration and/or implementation experience.
  13. Relevant ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS HAM Pro, CIS SAM Pro).
  14. Nice to have: experience with ATF, development pipelines, and business architecture.
