OneSpan is seeking a motivated and experienced ServiceNow Product Owner / Business Analyst to shape strategy, define the roadmap, and deliver impactful capabilities across customer services, professional services, and R&D. This role is pivotal in ensuring the ServiceNow platform supports operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and alignment with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the ServiceNow roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
  • Prioritize and manage the platform backlog based on business value, customer impact, and strategic priorities.
  • Problem Solve : Address, triage, and resolve conflicts, ensuring smooth execution and delivery of ServiceNow solutions.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions.
  • Lead workshops and sprint planning sessions to ensure shared understanding and alignment.

Platform Oversight & Optimization

  • Manage configuration, customization, and deployment of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, SPM).
  • Ensure platform performance, stability, and compliance with internal standards.
  • Develop reports and dashboards using Performance Analytics.
  • Monitor platform usage and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow releases and emerging features to drive innovation.
  • Configure the platform to streamline and automate business processes.

Required Skills & Abilities

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role supporting ServiceNow or enterprise platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with ITSM, SPM, and CSM modules.
  • Strong understanding of agile / scrum methodologies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives).
  • Proven experience in project management, release coordination, and strategic alignment.
  • Proficiency in system configuration, scripting, and UI / form / view creation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and optimize scalable workflows.
  • ServiceNow certification(s).

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge and experience with agile / scrum framework (sprint planning, retrospectives, stand-ups, etc)
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using APIs and web services.
  • Experience with NowAssist

Disclaimer : This position requires proficiency in a language other than French, as you will be working in partnership with internal and / or external customers outside Québec.
