Responsibilities:
- Provide analysis, develop solutions, and document improvement opportunities.
- Document functional design, process flow diagrams, user stories, and gather feedback to influence solution design.
- Evaluate Service Management processes, anticipate requirements, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
- Analyze business requirements for automation on the ServiceNow platform.
- Communicate insights and plans effectively to cross-functional teams and management.
- Collaborate with clients, technicians, and management staff.
- Stay updated on Service Management industry knowledge and ServiceNow enhancements, recommending improvements.
- Act as a subject matter expert in ServiceNow and Enterprise Service Management.
- Design and develop applications and add-ons for ServiceNow.
- Configure workflows, application UI, and customize ServiceNow applications.
- Handle enhancement requests, including UI changes, system properties, and workflow modifications.
- Perform ServiceNow upgrades and installations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS, Computer Science, or related fields, or a technology-focused MBA or equivalent experience.
- ITIL 4 Foundation Certification or higher.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- 2-4 years of experience in IT integration, outsourcing, or management consulting services.
- At least 3 years of ServiceNow experience.
- Experience working in large organizations or professional services firms, including at least one full ServiceNow implementation.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated with strong task prioritization skills under pressure.
- Core skills in business analysis, project management, process evaluation, and change management.
- Experience delivering IT consulting solutions involving strategy, people, process, technology, and infrastructure.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
- Experience with multi-application ServiceNow projects and integrations.
- Skills in workflow analysis, design, and re-engineering.
- Support and administration skills in ServiceNow, including Client Scripts, ACLs, XML, HTML, AngularJS, CSS, LDAP, MS Active Directory, SSO, SOAP, and REST.

Compensation Range: $85,000 - $136,000
Selected individuals will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
