The opportunity

EY’s Financial Services Risk Management (FSRM) practice is an advisory unit that delivers risk management services to financial services clients. We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow IRM Senior Consultant / Manager with extensive ServiceNow experience and a strong development background, particularly in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). The role requires strategic thinking and strong communication to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow IRM solutions aligned with business requirements and stakeholder objectives.
• Provide expert consultation on best practices for ServiceNow IRM and adherence to industry standards.
• Define and document architecture for ServiceNow IRM implementations and oversee deployment to meet objectives.
• Develop and maintain architecture and solution designs supporting stakeholder objectives and compliant with best practices.
• Assess effort and complexity of ServiceNow enhancements and provide technical evaluations.
• Collaborate with business partners, architects, and other teams to address complex needs.
• Establish and recommend changes in development standards to improve quality and maintainability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship on platform development and shared solutions.
• Lead GRC processes and technology enablement initiatives and assist with RFPs / RFIs responses and proposals.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders and manage delivery under tight timelines using Agile and SDLC methodologies.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• University degree in finance, computer science, information systems, mathematics, engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience on the ServiceNow platform with a focus on IRM.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow IRM design, architecture, and implementations with experience in ITSM, ITOM, and integrations.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, AngularJS, AJAX, CSS, JSON; in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow components (rules, scripts, UI policies, Flow Designer, UI Builder, Scripted REST APIs, ACLs, integrations).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with high-quality standards.
• Prior consulting experience is a plus; familiarity with Agile and SDLC.
• Bilingual French and English is a strong asset.
• ServiceNow CAD and ServiceNow Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance certifications.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Strong technical background in ServiceNow and understanding of risk management frameworks.
