The accountabilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
Implementation Leadership: spearhead the implementation of a ServiceNow HAM solution, including planning, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective HAM solutions.
Solution Design: Contribute to detailed solution designs and implementation plans, leveraging ServiceNow's capabilities to meet business needs.
Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize ServiceNow HAM modules to align with organizational requirements and best practices.
Integration: As required, integrate ServiceNow HAM with other IT systems and tools to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
Training and Enablement: Contribute to the creation of training and support material for end-users and stakeholders on the implemented HAM solutions and processes.
Quality Assurance: Drive the thorough testing and validation of implemented solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and business requirements.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the HAM implementation framework.
The resource for the position will need to have established skills in the following areas:
Proven experience as a ServiceNow HAM implementation SME in a similar role.
Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Hardware Asset Management preferred.
Familiarity with the Microsoft platforms, particularly Office, SharePoint, and Teams.
Strong organizational skills and diligence to ensure accurate and timely delivery of tasks.
Ability to understand and communicate key concepts.
