Job description

The accountabilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Implementation Leadership: spearhead the implementation of a ServiceNow HAM solution, including planning, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective HAM solutions.

• Solution Design: Contribute to detailed solution designs and implementation plans, leveraging ServiceNow's capabilities to meet business needs.

• Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize ServiceNow HAM modules to align with organizational requirements and best practices.

• Integration: As required, integrate ServiceNow HAM with other IT systems and tools to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.

• Training and Enablement: Contribute to the creation of training and support material for end-users and stakeholders on the implemented HAM solutions and processes.

• Quality Assurance: Drive the thorough testing and validation of implemented solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and business requirements.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the HAM implementation framework.

The resource for the position will need to have established skills in the following areas:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow HAM implementation SME in a similar role.

• Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Hardware Asset Management preferred.

• Familiarity with the Microsoft platforms, particularly Office, SharePoint and Teams

• Strong organizational skills and diligence to ensure accurate and timely delivery of tasks.

• Ability to understand and communicate key concepts.
