Job Description

• Sr. ServiceNow Developer supporting the ServiceNow Platform (8+ years experience)
• Collaborate with BAs and stakeholders to understand and recommend solutions that meet business requirements
• Develop and update workflows, forms, integrations, reports, dashboards, and automate processes

Qualifications

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Mandatory Skills

ITSM, Strategic Portfolio Management (strategic planning workspace and resource management workspace)

• 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience in a large organization using ITSM, ITOM, SPM, CMDB, and SecOps
• Experience creating ServiceNow reports and dashboards
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow Workflows, Business Rules, Integration HUB, and REST APIs
• Knowledge of web protocols and standards (HTML, CSS, JSON, SOAP, REST, XML)

Preferred Certifications

• ServiceNow – System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow – Application Developer (CAD)
