Zusammenfassung

Huron Consulting Group Inc. seeks a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant (Manager) to lead multi-module ServiceNow initiatives across a global client base. You'll analyze processes, design future-state workflows, and deliver workshops that drive automation and value realization.

The role requires extensive ServiceNow expertise, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to coach clients through UAT and implementation milestones while working in a hybrid, travel‑required environment.

Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years as a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant in complex implementations.
  • 6+ greenfield implementations across ServiceNow modules (CSM, HRSD, ESM, etc).
  • Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) REQUIRED.
  • ServiceNow Learning Business Process Analyst Practitioner or Professional badge REQUIRED.
  • Agile 2.0 and Test Management 2.0 training; and/or micro-certifications.
  • Completion of ServiceNow Fundamentals for multiple applications (CSM/HRSD/SPM/GRC etc).
  • Strong User Story definition / documentation skills.
  • Experience with Agile methods, including hybrid waterfall / agile.
  • Knowledge / experience with NowCreate / ServiceNow Best Practices.
  • Creative problem solving and strong analytical skills with cloud-based solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication for internal and client teams.

  • Proficiencyin working with technical leaders in configuring, implementing, andoptimizingautomation software to meet business requirements.

Project Management Assistance
  • Understanding ofproject management fundamentals to support project planning, scheduling, and tracking.

  • Experience executing projects in a hybrid Waterfall / Scrummethodology

  • Experience running scrumstandups

  • Ability toassistin creating project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk registers.

  • Experience in coordinating project activities, managing deliverables, and ensuring alignment with project timelines andobjectives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’sdegree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience

  • 3+ years as aServiceNow BusinessProcess Consultantin increasingly complex implementations; preferablywith a ServiceNowElite-levelpartner(not an internal role)

  • 6+ greenfield implementations of multiple ServiceNow modules as a business process consultant (includingNowAssist, AI Agents); experience with one or more of CSM, HRSD, Enterprise Asset Management, SPM, GRC preferred

  • CurrentServiceNowCertified System Administrator (CSA) REQUIRED

  • ServiceNow Learning Business Process Analyst Practitioner or Business Process Analyst Professional badge REQUIRED

  • Agile 2.0 and Test Management 2.0 training; and/or multiple micro-certifications

The estimated base salary for this job is $145,000 - $170,000 USD. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $166,750 - $212,500 USD. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
