Job summary

Huron Consulting Group is seeking an Associate in Canada to implement Oracle Cloud Financials and design future-state processes. You will gather requirements, document specifications, test configurations, and train end users while collaborating with clients and senior team members.

The role involves designing integrations, guiding conversions, and leveraging Oracle AI solutions. Travel up to 50% may be required as part of engagement delivery.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience with Oracle Cloud ERP
• Experience analyzing requirements, maintaining functional documentation, testing, and interfacing with business users
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to own project areas through self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks with little supervision
• Ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast-paced consulting environment
• Oracle ERP Cloud certifications (or progress toward them) are a plus
• Oracle AI Agent Studio experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and deployment activities. Partner with clients to design future‑state business process and functional solution design. Execute or oversee the execution of configuration, testing, and training/end‑user support. Partner with technical teams to guide design and testing of conversions, integrations, and Oracle AI solutions. Collaborate with senior team members to learn best practices and build technical/functional expertise. Up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud ERP. Experience analyzing requirements, maintaining functional documentation, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to own project areas through self‑discipline for planning and organizing tasks with little to no supervision. Ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients. Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast‑paced consulting environment. Oracle ERP Cloud certifications (or progress toward them) are a plus. Oracle AI Agent Studio experience is a plus.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $105,000 - $125,000 CAD. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $117,600 - $143,750 CAD. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
