ServiceNow Architect SecOps
Contract (6 months to 1 year)
100% Remote

Our client, a leading Digital Transformation services company, are hiring an experienced ServiceNow Architect for SecOps to join our team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who has a strong background in Security Operations and ServiceNow implementation, configuration, and optimization. The successful candidate will help organizations enhance their security posture through ServiceNow’s Security Operations (SecOps) module.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement ServiceNow SecOps architecture to improve security incident response and vulnerability management.
• Integrate ServiceNow with security tools such as SIEM, threat intelligence platforms and vulnerability scanners.
• Configure and customize workflows, dashboards and reports to align with business and security objectives.
• Provide guidance on best practices for using ServiceNow SecOps modules including Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR) and Threat Intelligence.
• Collaborate with security teams to optimize incident detection, triage and resolution processes.
• Perform ServiceNow upgrades and ensure optimal system performance.
• Document system configurations, processes and user guides.
• Provide training and support to end users and stakeholders.

Skillset

• Proven experience with ServiceNow SecOps architecture, implementation and configuration.
• Hands-on expertise in Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR) and Threat Intelligence modules.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, CIS etc.)
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with security tools such as Splunk, Qualys, Tenable, CrowdStrike and others.
• Ability to create and modify workflows, business rules, UI policies and scripts within ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a security-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
