We’re on the lookout for a Service Video Advisor/ Shop Runner who’s part concierge, part traffic controller, part customer service rockstar! If you're friendly, focused, and love the sound of a smooth-running engine (and the satisfaction of a job well done), you might be exactly who we're looking for.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Precise video documentation of repairs on client vehicles
• Proper explanation of the technicians’ vehicle prognosis on video
• Efficient and prompt upload of video to the client
• Cleanliness of service department
• Service department support when and where required
• Organization of internal estimates of pre-owned vehicles
• Organization of new and used vehicle deliveries
• Creation of internal work orders for new vehicle stock
• Collaboration with customer facing service advisors
  
  

Requirements

• Be comfortable explaining service processes on camera (voice only)
• Be prompt, punctual and detailed orientated
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract.
  
  

Wage Range: $16.40 - $18.50 / Hour
