Fredericton Hyundai is looking for a Service Video Advisor/Internal Service Advisor to join our team!

The Service Video Advisor will take videos of ongoing repairs to client vehicles, keep them updated on progress, and involve them in the decision-making process. This role also involves maintaining a tidy environment in the shop and on the lot, along with other duties assigned by the Service Manager. This is an entry-level position, offering a rewarding career opportunity within Atlantic Canada’s largest automotive group. The Videographer may also provide backup as a Service Advisor when needed.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Precise video documentation of repairs on client vehicles
• Proper explanation of the technicians’ vehicle prognosis on video
• Efficient and prompt upload of videos to clients
• Maintaining cleanliness of the service department
• Supporting the service department as needed
• Organizing internal estimates for pre-owned vehicles
• Organizing new and used vehicle deliveries
• Creating internal work orders for new vehicle stock
• Collaborating with customer-facing service advisors

Compensation will be based on demonstrated knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience.

Requirements

• Comfort explaining service processes on camera (voice only)
• Punctual, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract

Hourly Wage: $17.50-$19.75 Plus Performance Bonus
