As a Service Training Specialist, you will plan and deliver training sessions for technicians, covering new and existing service methods. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop localized programs, ensuring technicians meet safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity standards.

Qualifications include 5+ years of technical experience or a relevant bachelor’s degree.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Understand technician processes down to the 'key stroke' level for each task
  • Support assessments and surveys to determine development needs
  • Supervise or conduct specialized training for key groups
  • Maintain and analyze training records to evaluate effectiveness
  • Stay current with industry training innovations
  • Ensure training facilities and events meet organizational standards
