What You Will Do : As a Service Technician, you will be on the road, providing repair and maintenance services for a variety of home appliances. Your key responsibilities will include :

• Diagnosing and repairing residential appliances, including refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, washers, dryers, and more.
• Performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and gas-related issues.
• Communicating effectively with customers to explain repairs and provide excellent service.
• Managing service calls efficiently and ensuring timely completion of all assigned jobs.
• Keeping accurate records of work completed and maintaining service reports.

What You Bring :

• 3+ years of experience as a service technician in the appliance industry (preferred, but candidates with less experience will be considered).
• Technical post-secondary education is preferred.
• Gas ticket certification is an asset but not required – our client will cover the cost of certification if needed.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
