Job summary

Pattison Agriculture in Unity, SK is seeking an Apprentice Service Technician to join our fast-paced dealership. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain agricultural and turf equipment, and participate in on-the-job training to grow your skills in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Mechanically minded; experience with service repairs/maintenance is a plus.
• Apprentice status or drive to become an Apprentice is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, repair & service ag equipment.
• Use specialized tools and equipment to diagnose and complete repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Attend Apprenticeship training; John Deere University training; Dealer-led training.

Requirements

• Positive attitude, demonstrate a willingness to learn
• Mechanically minded, may have experience performing service repairs/maintenance
• May currently be an Apprentice in a mechanical field or have the drive to become an Apprentice
• Having knowledge of equipment and ag industry would be considered an asset
• High School Diploma/equivalent
