Our Service Technicians are committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining agricultural and turf equipment. In one of Canada's top John Deere dealer organizations, you will deliver quality work in a friendly and collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth.

The shift structure on PDI or repair side of the shop is new for this location. Shifts may rotate to include morning, afternoon, or evening shifts, with options for modified or compressed work weeks.

Responsibilities

• Inspection, diagnosis, repair, and service of agricultural equipment with a commitment to customer support and pride in workmanship
• Use specialized tools, cutting-edge technology, and innovative solutions to diagnose and complete complex repairs
• Perform preventative maintenance based on manufacturer schedules and standards
• Maintain current knowledge of John Deere agriculture products
• Participate in John Deere University and dealer-led training to further develop skills and technical capabilities

Requirements

• Ability to use diagnostic tools and basic computer functions
• 3+ years of experience performing complex service repairs and maintenance
• Ideally possess a Journeyperson Agricultural Technician certification or equivalent in a mechanical field (e.g., Heavy Equipment, Automotive)
• We may consider third or fourth-year Apprenticeship candidates
• Knowledge and familiarity with John Deere and competitive products are assets
