We are currently looking for a candidate for a Service technician for the Sarnia location.

Responsibilities for the Service technician position :

  • Installation, repair and maintenance of analytical equipment;
  • Technical audit;
  • Analytical management of customer needs;
  • Implementation of projects;
  • Handling of industrial equipment and its components;
  • Installation, repair and maintenance of electrical systems;
  • Troubleshooting and adjustment of electrical systems;
  • Evaluates and establishes prices, according to customer requests for on-the-road services, collaborates directly with the buyer and the parts clerk;
  • Plan and quote for service customers.

Qualifications :

  • DEC in control instrumentation, industrial electronics (strong asset);
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a technician or in a similar position;
  • Excellent analytical skills;
  • Knowledge of steam lines;
  • Have technical skills, as well as manual dexterity
  • Bilingual in English and French (strong written and oral skills);
  • Excellent sense and approach to customer service;
  • Availability to make evening and / or weekend service calls as needed (1-2 times per month);
  • Good stress management.
