Responsibilities:
  • Carry out repairs to faulty security systems.
  • Follow up on service calls in order of priority according to importance.
  • Carry out repairs to defective systems assigned to you according to company norms and standards.
  • Ensure that the correct recommendations for use are passed on to customers.
  • Ensure follow-up of customer service according to company policies and procedures.
  • Transmit usage recommendations to customers.
  • Provide the best service to the customer in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Produce reports on service calls made.
  • Manage repair inventories.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Valid training certificate in one or more of the following products: Lenel, AMAG, Avigilon, Milestone, Genetec, C-Cure, Alarm.com.
  • At least 3 years of recent experience working as a field service or installation technician at an electronic security company.
