Position Overview

Our Service Technicians handle product installation, field support, maintenance, equipment repair, customer property management, and equipment rentals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform installation and maintenance of wellheads, providing excellent customer service.
  2. Maintain service units, including tools and spare parts.
  3. Assemble, test, and paint wellhead assemblies.
  4. Repair customer property as needed.
  5. Keep detailed service records and reports.
  6. Support sales and customer relations as required.
  7. Follow all safety procedures and policies, ensuring workplace safety.
  8. Travel to other locations for training and assistance.
  9. Perform shop and vehicle maintenance as necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • 1-3 years of industry-related experience (training available for mechanically skilled candidates)
  • Strong customer service, problem-solving, and safety commitment
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Valid Class 1, 3, or 5 driver’s license and current driver’s abstract
  • Willingness to travel
  • Assets include knowledge of wellhead products, energy industry, safety certifications, and crane operation.
