Job Description

As a Service Shop Technician, you’ll interact with customers, assess their needs, and then set up, repair, and maintain their sporting equipment. Your work ensures athletes can get back to living “The Power of Sport,” with all safety measures taken to service equipment to manufacturer specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assembling/disassembling bicycles
  • Wheel building, truing, tire changing
  • Crank arm replacement, derailleur adjustments, headset overhaul, chain check and replacement
  • Changing brakes, brake and shift levers, cables
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to support team performance targets
Required Skills and Knowledge
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a bike shop
  • Intermediate or advanced experience repairing bikes, skis, or snowboards
  • Previous bike building experience
