A Day in the Life:

If you have experience as a hot-side equipment Service Technician or similar, this role might be for you. You will service commercial cooking equipment, including gas, steam, and electric food equipment such as coffee machines, toasters, slicers, ranges, fryers, steamers, and combi-ovens. We support your training and educational goals. Your role involves servicing complex equipment and providing exceptional customer service, making you the HERO every day!

What You Bring:

• Education in appliance service or a related field (preferred)
• Gasfitter certification (preferred) or willingness to learn during training
• Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting commercial food equipment
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, accountable and self-driven
• Availability for overtime and on-call rotation
• Ability to travel to other locations or for training as needed
