You’ll handle a variety of maintenance tasks—from routine repairs to apartment turnovers—helping create a comfortable, welcoming home for our residents. What You’ll Do

  • Turn apartments around quickly and professionally
  • Complete work orders and maintenance requests within 2 business days
  • Maintain and repair property systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances
  • Ensure common areas and amenities are clean, safe, and fully functional
  • Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections
  • Help maintain curb appeal through groundskeeping
  • Follow all safety protocols and PPE usage
  • Participate in on-call rotation for emergency repairs
  • Accurately document completed tasks in the work order system
  • Support the Service Manager and Community Manager with special projects and community needs

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in property maintenance, facilities, or similar field
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems
  • HVAC and/or EPA Certification strongly preferred
  • CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification is a plus
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Physical ability to climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs, kneel, and work in varied conditions
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and maintenance safety standards
  • Proficiency with basic tools, maintenance equipment, and online work order systems
