Job summary

Culligan of Canada is seeking a service technician to install and maintain residential and light commercial water treatment equipment. You will service POU coolers and coffee equipment, inspect sites, and handle payments with proper signatures during installations.

Responsibilities include daily paperwork, safe vehicle operation, on-call availability, and delivering outstanding customer service. Some warehouse tasks and opportunities for career growth are included.

Qualifications

• Service technician and/or plumbing experience is an asset.
• Requires lifting/moving 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.

• Installation and/or maintenance of POU water coolers and commercial coffee equipment.
• Site pre-inspections for residential equipment installation.
• Collection of payment and required signatures at time of equipment installation or service.
• Completion of daily paperwork in a timely and legible manner.
• Operate company vehicle in accordance with safety procedures.
• On call technician as required.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to our clientele.
• Some warehouse duties.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Good mechanical aptitude
• Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract is required
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Capability to work collaboratively within a team setting as well as independently
• Requires lifting/moving 50 lbs
