Job summary

Culligan of Canada is hiring for a field service technician to install and maintain residential and light commercial water treatment equipment. You will handle POU coolers, coffee equipment, and complete on-site pre-inspections and daily paperwork.

The role requires a valid driver's license, good mechanical aptitude, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. On-call duties and a focus on safety and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Service technician and/or plumbing experience is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Capability to work collaboratively within a team setting as well as independently.
• Requires lifting/moving 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Installation and/or maintenance of all residential and light commercial water treatment equipment


• Installation and/or maintenance of POU water coolers and commercial coffee equipment


• Site pre-inspections for residential equipment installation


• Collection of payment and required signatures at time of equipment installation or service


• Completion of daily paperwork in a timely and legible manner


• Operation of company vehicle in accordance with established safety procedures


• On call technician, as required


• Deliver exceptional customer service to our clientele.


• Other duties as assigned
