What You'll Do

  1. Execute both basic and advanced diagnostic and repair work on all Tesla products.
  2. Collaborate with team members to maximize repair efficiency and ensure exceptional product delivery, including vehicle cleaning and detailing.
  3. Operate a variety of high-quality hand, power, and shop tools.
  4. Utilize a company-supplied laptop for diagnostics and online training.
  5. Accurately document repairs and inspect and maintain shop equipment, requesting replacements as necessary.
  6. Provide direct feedback to Tesla's design and engineering teams to continuously improve repair procedures and products.
  7. Maintain a collaborative, inclusive, and respectful attitude in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Bring

  1. Proven ability to adapt to new technologies, innovate, follow instructions attentively, and effectively manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
  2. Section 609 Refrigerant handling certification, preferred.
  3. Evidence of a "safety first" attitude.
  4. Basic command of the English language.
  5. Proficiency in fundamental computer skills, including web browsing and standard applications such as Excel and Word.
  6. Valid driver's license required.
