Join our team to "Make the Difference" by creating a lasting positive impact on the world and the communities where we operate.**Position Title:** Sr. Service Technician **Department:** Service **Compensation:** $80,000 - $115,000 + annual bonus **Reports To:** Regional Service Manager **Location:** Halifax, Nova Scotia**About the Role:****Responsibilities:*** Commission CSI Energy Storage’s SolBank Storage Power Block* Perform preventative and corrective maintenance of SPBs to adhere to warranty requirements* Provide onsite diagnostic, troubleshooting, and hands-on support to maintain equipment and meet availability and capacity guarantees* Oversee and supervise sub-contractors on site when required* Assist in developing standard operating procedures and processes* Perform proper Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and switching procedures as needed* Analyze performance data determining root cause and performance trends**Required Qualifications and Skills:*** Educational background in Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline* At least 5 years' of relevant work experience in a service environment, preferably in renewable energy* Knowledge of general and national codes, medium voltage power systems and photovoltaic or Energy Storage system applications* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Proven ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and execute in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a strong ownership mentality* Previous experience with a CMMS software program is preferred* Ability to travel to regional locations as needed (over 50% of the time)*e-STORAGE is Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
