What challenges can you expect?
  1. You will perform maintenance, servicing, and repair of on-load tap-changers and transformers for power supply companies and industrial customers.
  2. Thereby, you will preplan service jobs to be carried out.
  3. You will take care of problem assessment regarding Load Tap-Changer units, Power Transformer accessories, and equipment, including resolution.
  4. You will propose and recommend additional solutions to customers to improve asset reliability.
  5. You will create technical service reports and forward them to the Service Manager.
  6. You will support the company's development strategy with other duties as assigned.
What do we expect from you?
  • You are a skilled worker with appropriate experience in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (< 2 years).
  • You enjoy practical and challenging hands-on tasks in the electrical/mechanical field.
  • Ideally, you already have experience in the maintenance and repair of on-load tap-changers or transformers.
  • You have experience and enjoy digitalization in the industrial environment and can inspire our customers with it.
  • A detailed and independent way of working characterizes you.
  • Reliability and customer orientation are self-evident to you.
  • You are fluent in French and English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • You have basic computer skills (MS Office).
  • Your availability to travel (approximately 70%) rounds off your profile.
  • You are committed to Health and Safety.
  • You hold Canadian citizenship or Permanent Residency.
