Faris Team is seeking a strong team player to support our Client Experience Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling in-house service appointments, including photography/videography and home staging.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Monitoring daily and weekly schedules for all service team members
  • Reassigning appointments based on location and driving time
  • Calling clients to confirm appointments and deliveries
  • Coordinating schedules between service team members and sales partners
  • Responding to inquiries from sales partners and clients
  • Working proactively with the Client Fulfillment Manager on staffing and availability issues
  • Maintaining trackers and spreadsheets for seasonal photo updates

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in high-volume scheduling (e.g., clinics, salons)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Calendly, and quick learner of new software
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Quick problem-solving skills and proactive issue identification
