In this customer facing role, you will be identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve an exceptional customer experience. The success of your team is your success—your leadership is an integral part of the service department.
As the Service Sales Manager you will direct and delegate effectively to the service staff, oversee all planning, administration, and general management issues. This includes the day-to-day supervision of staff and overseeing all work organized by team leaders and direct reports.
You will also maintain a high level of integrity as signing authority for items such as internal work orders and ensure bottom line profitability for your department.
