Empire Life is seeking a Service Representative for a 6-month contract, open to candidates anywhere in Canada or, if local to an office, hybrid (Kingston, Toronto, or Montreal). You will handle applications and service requests, delivering accurate resolutions and proactive follow-ups to client inquiries.

In this role you’ll analyze simple cases, ensure timely processing, and provide courteous support while upholding our commitment to diversity, inclusion, and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years work experience in an office environment.
• Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and database software.
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks and navigate multiple systems.
• High attention to detail/accuracy.
• Access to stable and secure internet for remote work.
• Bilingualism (English/French) would be an asset.
• Completion of a College Diploma would be an asset.

Service Representative (6 Month Contract)

Service Representative (6 month contract)

Location: Remote anywhere in Canada, or if local to an office, hybrid - Kingston, Toronto, or Montreal

The total target compensation (TTC) range, including salary and target bonus, is $47,813 - $65,875. This TTC range is applicable to permanent roles only; fixed-term contract and casual roles are not eligible for annual bonus and would receive only the base salary component. The actual base salary offered within this range will be determined by the successful candidate’s skills and experience, as well as internal equity.

Empire life is looking to hire a Service Representative (6 month contract) to join our Retail Operations team! We are actively seeking candidates to fill one current, open 6 month contract position.
